Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with INSOLIFT. We want you to have a smooth and transparent experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • All packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact.
  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product should not be damaged, washed, or altered by the customer.
  • Note: For hygiene and foot-health reasons, insoles once used or worn cannot be returned.

    2. Products Not Eligible for Return

    The following items are non-returnable:
  • Insoles that have been inserted into footwear or tried on
  • Slippers or footwear that show signs of wear
  • Customized or specially made items
  • Products purchased during clearance or sale events (unless defective)
  • 3. Return Process

    To initiate a return:
  • Contact our support team at [email/phone]
  • Share:
    1. Order ID
    2. Reason for return
    3. Image/video of the product (for verification)
  • Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup, if available in your area.
  • Alternatively, you may need to self-ship the product to our return address (details will be provided by support).

    4. Refund Policy

    After receiving and inspecting the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
    Refund will be issued as:
  • Original Payment Method (UPI/Credit/Debit/Net Banking), or
  • Store Credit (if preferred)
  • Refund will NOT be issued if:
  • The product fails inspection
  • It shows signs of use or damage
  • It does not match the condition claimed by the customer
  • 5. Replacement Policy

    Replacements are available only for:
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Damaged or broken products received
  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Replacement will be shipped after the defective item is received and verified.

    6. Cancellation Policy

    Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
    Once shipped, cancellation is not possible; however, you may place a return request after delivery (if eligible).

    7. Damage During Shipping

    If your product arrives damaged:
  • Report it within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share photos/videos of the damaged package and item
  • We will provide a free replacement or refund after verification
  • 8. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the product is defective or wrong: Return shipping is free.
  • If returning for personal reasons (size, preference, etc.): Return shipping charges may apply.
